June 4, 2026Step 1: Navigate to the webmail login page by entering "mail.yourdomainname" in your browser's address bar. For instance, use "mail.newpages.com.my" as an example.
Step 2: Enter your email address and password in the provided fields.
Step 3: Click on the "Log In" button to access your account.
Step 4: Click the "Open" under the roundcube picture
Step 5: Navigate to bottom left and click on setting
Step 6: Choose "Identities" and inside u can fill in your signature and click "save".
Step 7: Choose "Prefrences" and choose "Composing Message"
Step 8: Navigate to Compose HTML messages and change to "always"
Step 9: Disable "Places signature below the quoted messages"
